Since she was old enough to
hold a pencil, Billie has been
painting and drawing. Her
passion is drawing animals,
and her media of choice are
pastels and oils.
Influential in Loveland’s art
scene since she moved here in
1998, Billie started Downtown
Loveland’s second Friday art
walk, “A Night on the Town,”
in 2005, now celebrating
its 20th year. She opened
Independence Gallery in
downtown Loveland in 2006,
and organized the 1st Annual
Loveland Art Studio Tour and
Sale, with over 30 artists, in
