Refresh your spirit and get gardening
inspiration at the Loveland Youth
Gardeners (LYG) 21st Annual
Loveland Garden Tour and Art Show
on Saturday, June 14, 2025, 8:am
- 2:00pm! The theme is “New and
Renewed.” The 6 private gardens
include past favorites that have
matured or gone a new direction.
Art by 10 local artists will be for
sale within the gardens: wood
birdhouses, fused and blown glass
decor, repurposed metal sculptures,
painted path stones and yard sticks,
landscape paintings, concrete mushrooms and gnomes, and
ceramic wind chimes and sculptures inspired by mythology. A
silent auction of upcycled outdoor furniture by 9 artists helps
raise funds for the artists and the nonprofit Loveland Youth
Gardeners.
Programs for youth facing challenges teach life/work skills at the
“Good Enough Farm”: gardening, horticultural therapy, and
outdoor education. Students learn to connect with friends and
with nature, becoming good stewards of the Earth.
Tickets: LovelandYouthGardeners.org. $30 each or 2/$50. Kids
12 years and under are free.

WILLOW BEND ADAPTIVE PARK FOR ALL!
Opening in Spring 2025, this amazing public park gives access
and the opportunity for visitors of many abilities to enjoy the great
outdoors! An adaptive playground is included, with equipment
designed to support children with varying physical and sensory
needs. An example of this is adaptive swings, with high backs
and harnesses ideal for kids and adults with special needs.
The Willow Bend Neighborhood Park, Playground, and Natural
Area encompasses roughly 125 acres of property in southeast
Loveland. It’s located at 2538 E. 1st Street, adjacent to the
Loveland Youth Gardeners’ Good Enough Farm, and the Boys
and Girls Club.
Three unique, whimsical, and interactive sculptures will be
added to the Willow Bend Adaptive Park in early spring 2026.
